General Terms of Use

1. Scope

These general terms apply to anyone who opens the site or uses the application, with or without an account. Using the service means accepting them.

2. Access

Consultation of the public pages is open. Everything else requires an account. Access to certain analysis pages depends on the plan in force on your account; the pricing page lists which.

3. Rules of use

• One person, one account. An account is not transferable.
• Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, nor to bypass a plan restriction.
• Do not automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your trades, notes and screenshots. You grant us only what is technically necessary to store them and display them back to you. We use no user content for promotion without explicit permission.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. Maintenance, an incident at a provider, or a security measure can interrupt it without notice. No availability level is guaranteed.

6. No financial advice

TradeVault issues no investment advice, no buy or sell recommendation, and no market prediction. What Jarvis produces are observations on your own data.

7. Personal data

Handled in the Privacy Policy, and the use of browser storage in the Cookies page. Both are linked at the bottom of this page.

8. Legal notices still missing

This product is published by an individual and no legal entity is constituted yet. Company name, registered address, company number, applicable law and competent court will be published here as soon as they exist. We would rather state the gap than fill it with something untrue.
